Our goal is to ensure a seamless process for repairs, replacements, and refunds to keep your aerial operations running smoothly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Autelpilot

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own tracked shipping method to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
